From classic country bakeries to cellar doors, create your own scenic foodie adventure across nine villages. Dine with a glass of wine or take your pies for a picnic under the autumn leaves - whatever takes your pie fancy.

You might want to have your savoury treat in one village then meander to the next for your dessert fix.

Get a takeaway Sunday Roast Pie from the historic Malmsbury Bakery and picnic in the beautiful botanic gardens. Dress up and treat yourself to a gourmet Quail and Pine Mushroom Pie at Mount Macedon Winery’s restaurant. Visit Parkside Estate Winery for a Beef Bourguignon Pie paired with a glass of Pinot. Or drop by Darraweit Valley’s Cider House for a Cider Drenched Pork and Apple Pie.

There are plenty of tasty vegetarian options as well, including a Mushroom Ragout pie from Australia’s Best Pie Maker three years in row, Country Cob Bakery.
