Presented by Botanik in collaboration with drinks connoisseur and importer Naz Fazio from Aperitivo & Co. Join us for a workshop exploring the taste of Vermouth, Bitters and Amari and learn about their application and importance in cocktails. Naz will teach you about the rich history of Italian style aromatised wines and introduce you to the skills and recipes to create your own version of an iconic cocktail.

This workshop is limited to a small group of 12 participants and is suitable for cocktail newbies as well as passionate mixologists. Join us for an afternoon to learn from one of Victoria's most passionate and knowledgeable drinks importer to guide, delight and instruct you.

Several tastings, a cocktail and light snacks are included. This event can only be booked by participants that are 18 years and older.
