Join us for a workshop exploring the art and science of aromatised wines, and the world of Vermouth. We will learn about the botanical ingredients that make an Australian Vermouth unique and compare and contrast it to European classics. Look forward to an afternoon of tasting Vermouth and examining how to use it successfully in cocktails.
This workshop is limited to a small group of 12 participants and is suitable for aromatised wine newbies as well as passionate winemakers. Join us for an afternoon to learn from one of Victoria's most passionate and knowledgeable wine producers to guide, delight and instruct you.
Several tastings, a cocktail and light snacks are included. This event can only be booked by participants that are 18 years and older.
