A 3-hour hands-on class teaching all the history, tradition and techniques you need to create the tastiest, most authentic pork pies and Cornish pasties, by hand in your own home.
Your teacher & qualified chef, Damian has been professionally making these pies and pasties for over a decade. He has tweaked and adapted many different recipes to land on the ones we think are the best - and that just means the tastiest.
You will learn how to make hot water pastry, the perfect blend of spices and how to use a traditional pork pie 'dolly'. The class also includes a classic Rough Puff pastry used to make our proper Cornish Pasty and includes hand crimping your pasties. This class is hands-on, fun and suits all skill levels.
Class includes tastings, recipes, lunch and take-home goods.
